After 16 students tried keys that didn’t work, HHS Dean Campus graduating senior Jacqueline Rivera inserted the key she was holding into the driver’s side door lock of a brand new Hyundai—and it fit!
While a thrilling moment for her, there were three graduating seniors from Holyoke who did not get a chance to try their keys in the door, since in all, 20 students were named finalists in the car giveaway from Gary Rome Hyundai. Eligible students had to meet and maintain their grades and their attendance this school year in order to be in the running.
As the lucky winner, Jacqueline must pay all applicable taxes, fees, and insurance.
