Congratulations to HHS North teacher Meredith Webber for winning the excellence award from Superintendent Anthony Soto.

When you walk into fourth year teacher Meredith Webber’s classroom, you know right away that there has been intentional work done to build a positive, respectful, and collaborative classroom community. She is the Westfield Promise English teacher and a member of the ILT. Ms. Webber established the Community Closet to support HPS students, and is a member of the block curriculum planning team. She takes feedback and turnkeys it in the next lesson, she uses data from looking at student work to drive her instruction, and she is always willing to step up to help out when needed. She has even inspired several of our future teachers for two years in a row to become an educator.
