Governor Maura Healy's Council on Latino Empowerment has scheduled a listening session beginning at 6 p.m., Monday, June 24 at Holyoke City Hall, 536 Dwight Street.

Community members are encouraged to attend and provide input that will help the governor's administrative team advance the interests of the Latino community in Massachusetts.

In 2023, Governor Healey established the Council on Latino Empowerment and appointed more than 40 Latino leaders from across the state. This council advises Governor Healey and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll on strategies to expand economic opportunities for and improve the overall wellbeing of Massachusetts’ Latino community.
