Middle school students have a blast during STEM Week! Science, technology, engineering and math were the main events during Holyoke Community College’s STEM day last Tuesday. Participating middle school students from Metcalf and Holyoke STEM Academy joined with students from other area schools for hands-on games and activities that helped them think like scientists on the college campus, including math-based origami and LEGO engineering.
